Shnelli Resto at Balti Jaam is located on the ground floor of Go Hotel Shnelli, in a bright and spacious area filled with natural light. If you’re thinking “just another hotel restaurant”, think again — this is not part of a hotel chain. Instead, it’s run by passionate, food-loving chefs who create exciting, flavorful dishes.

Roasted Duck Breast – king oyster mushroom / oven-roasted carrot / sweet pear / blackcurrant sauce

Mille-feuille – cherry cream and ice cream
The zander ceviche offered as a starter was absolutely delightful –the coriander cream was so fresh and summery, and the whole flavor combination worked beautifully. 😍
For the main course, I had the pan-seared cod fillet – and everything on the plate worked together beautifully. The fish was juicy and perfectly cooked, while the potato-lime purée was fresh and delightfully smooth.
For dessert, I had the Mille-feuille — also known as Napoleon. This classic pastry is built layer by layer, with rich pastry creams in between. A perfectly crunchy and sweet bite to end the meal on a high note!
Don’t let the fact that the restaurant is located in the same building as the hotel hold you back – Shnelli Resto has truly outdone themselves with their food. You can really feel the chef’s dedication in every dish. It’s impressive!
On weekdays, Shnelli Resto also offers a variety of lunch specials, and in the evenings, the place has a lovely, vibrant atmosphere.
