For the main course, I tried the duck breast, cooked to perfection. The caramelised celeriac cream paired beautifully with the rich cherry sauce – a truly well-balanced and elegant dish.

Dessert: Pistachio Mascarpone Mousse
The dessert is a two-layer pistachio mousse that’s not only delicious but also visually appealing. If you’re a fan of pistachio nuts, you’ll definitely enjoy this sweet combination 😋
